Dear Friends

Kindly note that the days and times given below are in PST (Pacific
Standard Time). For Rocky Mountain Time, add 1 hour. For Central Time,
add 2 hours. For Eastern Time, add 3 hours. For Alaskan Time, Subtract
1 hour. For Hawaii-Aleutian Time, subtract 2 hours. For Greenwich, add
8 hours....

This is a major eclipse month. Be particularly cautious asto what you
say on the days of the eclipses as decisions made then are irreversible.

On Friday 8/1, the Solar Eclipse occurs at 3:13 AM in Leo (9º32’).
This degree is symbolized in the Sabian Symbols by “Early morning dew
sparkles as sunlight floods the field”. We are asked to remember our
divine origins. God is not outside of us, but within us. His
transparency is what enables us - no matter what our circumstances
are-, to always find hope. As we trust in a brighter future, each new
day is a chance to recreate all of our life in the most magical way.
We are never stuck in any dark spot if we believe in our power to
manifest all of our dreams.

On Saturday 8/16, the Lunar Eclipse occurs at 2:16 PM in Aquarius
(24º21’). This degree is symbolized by “a butterfly with the right
wing more perfectly formed”. We are reaching an important stage of our
evolution. Much healing has taken place and although we are not
perfect yet, we are getting a deeper awareness of who we truly are and
what our individual role is. As we create our own reality, we shift
collective consciousness as a result.

Jupiter is retrograde this whole month between 14º43’ and 12º38’
Capricorn. These 3 degrees are respectively symbolized by “In a
hospital, the children’s ward is filled with toys”, “an ancient
bas-relief carved in granite remains a witness to a long-forgotten
culture”, and “a fire worshipper meditates on the ultimate realities
of existence”. Playfulness, remembering our past and focusing on our
spiritual life are the keys to unlock deeper spaces within us at this
point in time. Remaining light allows us to heal, exploring past
civilizations helps us understand our true roots and standing in the
power of our inner peace, we unearth the wisdom that lies within our
souls.

Uranus is retrograde this whole month between 22º11’ and 21º11’
Pisces. The images for these two degrees are “a ‘materializing’ medium
giving a séance” and “a prophet carrying tablets of the new law is
walking down the slopes of Mount Sinai”. Mastering our mind supports
our spiritual evolution. As we focus our thoughts in a positive and
responsible way, we are able to manifest what we concentrate on in
the physical realm. We also need to be aware of the words we use as
they too, create realities. The ultimate emotion is love. With love
comes the peace of magical concretizations.

Neptune is retrograde this whole month between 23º14’ and 22º 25’
Aquarius. These two degrees are symbolized in the Sabian Symbols by “a
man having overcome his passions, teaches deep wisdom in terms of his
experience” and “a big bear sitting down and waving all its paws”.
Some of the greatest Saints in the history of mankind, were at first
great sinners. Darkness defines light. As we embrace what is not
perfect within ourselves, we become greater. When we emerge beyond our
own fears, we can feel compassion for those still on the road to
enlightenment. Because we have found it within ourselves, we can help
them recognize their own light.

Pluto is retrograde this whole month between 28º52’ and 28º31’
Sagittarius. This degree is depicted in the Sabian Symbols as “a fat
boy mowing the lawn of his house on an elegant suburban street”. It is
important that we remain humble no matter what our external assets
are. It is not so much what we are doing, but how we are doing it. The
consciousness that accompanies every one of our acts, even the most
simple, is what matters.

. Moon in Gemini between Satuday 8/23 at 2:48 PM and Monday 8/25 at 5:17
PM: Excellent for multi-tasking, curiosity, any form of communication,
exchanging information, sending e-mails, calling friends and
acquaintances. Great also for social activities, attending
conferences, reading a book, watching a documentary, gathering data on
various topics, connecting with new people...

. Moon in Cancer between Monday 8/25 at 5:18 PM and Wednesday 8/27 at
7:50 PM: Perfect for family activities, especially those involving
children. Good for spending more time at home, cooking, nurturing
ourselves and those we love, inviting the people we cherish over for
dinner. Excellent also for drawing, creative writing, crazy humor and
anything requiring imagination....

Our intentional meditation began on July 18 with the Full Moon in
Capricorn. On Friday 8/1 take out your Full Moon charged blank sheets
and on each one write a concise, positive intention (1 per sheet).
Make sure they are are out by exactly 3:13 AM , near a window, on a
balcony or in a garden, to collect the energy of the New Moon in Leo
(Solar Eclipse). Once the exact moment has passed, gather your sheets,
staple them together and put them away expecting a miracle!

On Saturday 8/16 at 2:16 PM you will charge some new blank sheets of
paper in the Full Moon in Aquarius (Lunar Eclipse). After that exact
moment has passed, put them away until the next New Moon.

On Saturday 8/30, write on each of your Full Moon charged papers, one
intention per sheet, making sure it is positive and concise. Place
your papers out to be activated by the New Moon in Virgo at exactly
12:58 PM. Once that exact moment has passed, staple your sheets
together, write the date and put them away expecting another miracle.

Monday 8/4: Venus Trine Pluto (9:51 PM)
Relationships are particularly transformative today. Deep passion
permeates our feelings. Spiritual regeneration as well as emotional
transformation are enhanced today. A great day for an intense date.
Creative people are particularly favored and could be inspired to
manifesting some of their best work. Financial investments are
positive and rewarding.

Tuesday 8/5: Venus enters Virgo (9:20 PM till 8/30)
In the next month, we need to communicate what we feel. We are very
detailed and practical in our approach of intimate relationships. We
show our emotions through actions by helping those care about their
pay attention to their health and nutrition. The more we love our work
and do something professionally we love, the more fulfilled we feel.
It is important that we follow our hearts in every aspect of our lives.

Wednesday 8/6: Mars Opposition Uranus (11:37 AM), Mercury Opposition
Neptune (11:40 AM)
We should pay particular attention when operating a motor vehicle or
sharp objects. Rash, impulsive behavior enhances the chance of
accidents today. Mental confusion could cause us to hear something
that was never said or to misinterpret what was. We feel dreamy and
spaced out today. We could need to sleep more than usual. Meditation
is favored inasmuch as we are careful not to allow spiritual
imagination to take over and lead us in fantasy land.

Saturday 8/9: Mercury Trine Pluto (11:17 AM)
Profound insights occur today. We could be drawn to scientific
research and the exploration of esoteric truths. This is a wonderful
day to change what in our lives needs to be regenerated. We express
our thoughts with power and depth. The words we use affect the people
who hear them and shift both our internal and external realities.

Sunday 8/10: Mercury enters Virgo (3:51 AM till 8/28)
In the next month, we express ourselves with much attention to
details. We are drawn to specifics and attentive to little things. Our
organizational skills are at their best. We are attracted by practical
knowledge and need our minds to be kept active. Our intellects are
sharp and clear.

Wednesday 8/13: Venus Conjunct Saturn (10:03 AM)
A great day for a deeper emotional commitment, to get engaged or
married. We approach our relationships with much seriousness. Our
expectations are grounded in reality. Single people could feel their
aloneness more acutely than usual. We need our connections with others
to last and help us in some way.

Friday 8/15: Sun Opposition Neptune (0:43AM), Mercury Conjunct Saturn
(1:00 PM)
We could have distorted perceptions of ourselves today and mistake our
desires for realities. Wishful thinking could create strange
occurrences today. If we make an effort to remain focused on practical
matters, we can achieve a lot of work today. Our seriousness and
organizational abilities are most grounding. A great day to clear our
desk of back-logged papers.

Saturday 8/16: Venus Trine Jupiter (5:16 PM), Mars Square Pluto (11:12 PM)
A great day for a wonderful date if we can take the sexual power that
accompanies this transit. We could be romantically attracted to a
foreigner or someone who lives in a foreign country who expands our
intellectual and cultural horizons while bringing us much adventurousness.
It is best however not to operate a motor vehicle and to avoid places
where violence could occur. Great opportunities for making money occur
today, but the abundance manifested could also be a bag of mixed
blessings.

Sunday 8/17: Mercury Trine Jupiter (6:23 PM)
Great for long-distance traveling. Excellent for lecturing, writing
and anything related to publishing. Today we feel optimistic and
positive. We are full of energy and open-minded. We could put our foot
in our mouth a few times, but we cannot be accused of not being
completely honest with utmost integrity. A lucky day where everything
seems to flow effortlessly. We reap the rewards of all our hard work.

Tuesday 8/19: Mars enters Libra (3:03 AM until 10/3)
Our desires are more balanced. We seek equilibrium and harmony. We
could understand the needs of the opposite sex much better and be more
keen on equality between men and women. We are conscious of the fact
that the way we assert ourselves affects others.

Wednesday 8/20: Sun Trine Pluto (11:49 PM)
We are in deep contact with our personal power today. We can
accomplish things we didn’t think we could achieve. The capacity to
regenerate is profound. Any endeavor related to the arts, politics,
the law or business is favored. Insights of a spiritual and
metaphysical natures could rock our understanding of ourselves and our
place in society.

Thursday 8/21: Mercury Conjunct Venus (8:44 AM)
A great day to meet with friends and enjoy some pleasant, leisurely
conversations. Communication flows. We feel diplomatic and at peace
with ourselves and others. There is a benevolence in the air. Much
serenity accompanies our exchanges with others. Watching a romantic
comedy or reading a positive book are favored by this transit.

Friday 8/22: Sun enters Virgo (11:02 AM until 9/22), Mercury
Opposition Uranus (11:13 PM)
During the next month, we are more efficient, organized, attentive to
details and grounded than usual. The knowledge we are drawn to has
practical applications and we are able to accomplish much work in a
minimum amount of time. Today more particularly, the answers to our
questions come in flashes. Our intuition is unusually developed and we
are more telepathic and psychic than usual. Brilliant, new ideas or
inventions could revolutionize the way we used to think.

Saturday 8/23: Venus Opposition Uranus (8:49 AM)
We should stay away from conflicts with others today as they could
easily degenerate in estrangements. As we are more in our heads than
in our hearts, we may feel cut off from our emotions. We could be
magnetically drawn to complete strangers who don’t stay in our lives.
We could seek excitement that threatens existing ties. We could meet
new, free spirited people today who open new dimensions within us. Not
a good day for financial transactions as we could loose quite a lot,
very quickly.

Wednesday 8/27: Mercury Square Pluto (6:36 PM)
Today could bring much mental stress. Power games and manipulations
are likely, as are violence and blackmailing. Not a good day to make
decisions or begin a business endeavor of importance. It is essential
to remain in the strictest integrity. Some long-held ideas could be
shattered during this transit, forcing us to see the truth behind
illusions.

Thursday 8/28: Mercury enters Libra (7:50 PM until 11/4)
In the next few weeks, we seek equilibrium and harmony. We are drawn
to beauty, and art is very appealing. Artists create very colorful
works which inspire serenity. Peace movements are likely to feel
attractive. Fairness and honesty become of paramount importance in our
communications with others.

Friday 8/29: Venus Square Pluto (2:50 AM)
Deep emotional responses hindering intimacy, come to the light during
this transit. Power games and blackmailing could distort relationships
and stimulate reactions we don’t recognize in ourselves. New
relationships are based more on lust than on true love. Not a good day
for business dealings. The motivations of others could be less than
pure and lead to shady activities.

Saturday 8/30: Venus enters Libra (7:41 AM until 9/24)
A period of seeking balance in our relationships. A wonderful time for
a make-over, to buy new clothes and get an elegant haircut. We are
drawn to beauty, serenity, peace and fairness. A very special time for
artists, graphic designers and people working in the fashion industry.
If we are still single, this could be a time to sign up with a
matrimonial agency or to ask our friends to introduce us to eligible
bachelors. Parties are pleasant and enable us to expand our social circle.
