Key of Enoch 2-0-2
Para 3. The Tetragrammaton of the Father’s sacred Name is comprised of the three sacred names : “Yod”, “Hey” and “Vav” (Wod).
Para 5. In this key of Enoch we shall see the Tetragrammaton of the Father’s sacred Name is used within a deca-delta system. The deca-delta system is ten Light emanations working through a pyramidal conic section which arranges the blueprint of life.
Para 6. The pyramidal conic section controls the primary activities: the genetic blueprint of life for a given evoluntionary order. This blueprint unfolds a series of grids which interconnect as they spiral out of the master template of the conic section.
Para 7. Therefore, the ten Light emanations set in motion a super-helix pulse which allows the grids to inter-connect, coordinating a coding activity. This interconnection, in our world of biological form, sets in motion the interlinkage for the tetrahelix.
Para 8. The ten Light emanations send out major code frequencies for all levels of meta-galactic ordering (viz., Light is the coding function). The ten Light emanations are necessary to preserve the correspondence between the human phase of the image and the Divine phase of the image.
Interpretations 
I am told by Archangel Metatron that the ten Light emanations correspond to the ten Sephiroths (Spheres) of the Tree of Life encoded within the DNA/RNA matrix and the Light Body of the angelic humans.  The Tree of Life represents the blueprint of each dimensional life form. Since the Adam Kadmon angelic humans are genetically coded with the divine blueprint of all 72 dimensions created by God, they possess the memory patterns of 72 interconnected Trees of Life in their soul light.
At the Making of the New Adam Kadmon Workshop, transmitting the sacred sound of the Tetragrammaton YHVH, the Elohim will fire-up the Tree of Life encoded in the Light Body which corresponds to the 5th dimensional consciousness. This Light Body reconfiguration work will in turn trigger an energy upgrade in the chakra system to support the adaptation of the lower bodies (physical, emotional and mental) to the 5D dimensional frequency. Such an inter-body harmonisation process (As Within) will enable the angelic humans to function effectively as energy bridges through their external expressions (So Without).

With the intense incoming energies, everything from magnetic waves, Gama bursts, solar flares and consciousness on high things are getting a little bit crazy. We keep trying to fix things externally, some blame, project even demand others meet their expectations of who they should be and how they should act. There is a wonderful saying.

If you try to fix crazy you become crazy, if you attune to confusion you become confused.

Many times I have tried to reason with the unreasonable and understand the confused even asking my guides about future events concerning interactions with these people. I was asked how can you predict what an unreasonable and confused person will do?

This is the condition on an individual and collective level of consciousness today.

It is like predicting weather, social, economic and physical Earth changes all within a sea of confusion.

We can however apply universal principles and understandings to our own lives and try to live by them to the best of our ability.

Are we working towards universal peace, brother/sisterly love, individual freedom and prosperity for all? Are we dedicated to the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth? It is said by the highest of masters to release the past. Practice forgiveness, take responsibility for our creations, our manifestations, forgive those who harmed us and ourselves for co-creating magnetizing people and events into our daily lives and gain the wisdom from the experience. It is a long arduous path to try to blame, project, and continue in victim roles, judge condemn or seek vengeance in others. Clever as one may be this has nothing to do with Self Mastery and for every finger pointing out there are three pointing back. We have to become sovereign; release the need for acceptance and approval outside of self, stop fixing others the real fix comes when we fix ourselves. Even compassion can be used against you to draw you into dramas; which do not concern you especially when you are only given one side of the story. Who would we be without our stories?

It is a constant vigil to stay centered in a sea of crazy and confusion these are just a few tools to assist one into getting through these times. Rather than add to the problem lets apply the universal principles to ourselves and others as the solution. Be well,

A climate of rapid change and acceleration has dawned. A new world is being born right before your eyes, and yet, as quickly as things are changing on this planet and throughout your life, it may also seem as if nothing is actually happening at all. This is because the change we are now welcoming into our individual and collective awareness has always been here. It is simply a matter of coming to a point in history where all that has been prophesized and described by many saints and sages is ready to be seen as the way life is.
There are three distinct categories of energetic expansion taking place during this critical time in history. I will briefly outline each, so you may tune in and sense which one speaks to your experience.
The Healing Heart - For those making their way through the depths of the first stage of initiation, the experience of cellular healing remains at the forefront of your daily activities. There is also a deep spiritual impulse drawing you inward to awaken a unified view of everyday life. Whether this is sensed as a heartfelt desire to experience a deeper sense of connection, or noticing how the life you once knew and understood no longer seems to work, the journey of a healing heart is one of chaos and transformation. As I always say, "What you are feeling, you're healing." This means by the time you recognize a reaction in your body, it is reminding you what is already on its way out. Every time a reaction occurs, or perhaps is noticed as a lingering heaviness or lack of motivation, take a moment to sit, close your eyes, and slow your breath. With each breath in, offer a "Thank you" to wherever the feelings are felt. With each breath out, allow it to be released and healed on its own accord without trying to push it away or force the healing to happen at a faster rate. Every reaction or feeling is an opportunity to take full responsibility for your healing journey by embracing in yourself what only cries out for your own loving attention. When navigating the path of ascension as the healing heart, there can be upheavals in relationships, discontent at your workplace, as well as abject disdain for the rules of society, or even fears about the state of the world. This occurs as a way of drawing your attention inward, so to begin recognizing how the patterns of your inner landscape create your perception of experience in the external world around you.
At this initial stage of initiation, it is common to identify with your life's circumstances and feel like a victim of the world around you. If this is your experience, your only recourse of action is to accept that life will seem to be whatever is necessary to continually show you what only you can stop and take the time to embrace in yourself; not only as gift of healing for your own life, but as a contribution of transformation for one and all. At this stage, it is important to know, what you are healing in yourself are patterns of the collective consciousness. Therefore, there is no reason to rely on thoughts to link any feeling in the body with anything from the past. Even when memories spontaneously float to the surface, they are an opportunity for you to heal yourself by thanking any unresolved aspects for reminding you of the perfect time to stop and embrace yourself as never before. No matter what seems wrong with the world, when you are knee deep in healing cellular memories, or confronting contractions of resistance as a way of escorting yourself out of the dream of victimhood, it is essential to remember that equally loving and accepting all aspects of self is the only remedy.
At this stage, life is reduced into two distinct options: you can choose to blame and continue to suffer or surrender into unconditional love by accepting yourself - fully and completely.
The Awakening Heart - If you have spent the past few months or even years releasing cellular memories and lightening the load within your energy field, you may begin to sense more spaciousness, openness, and relief. When you find yourself at this next stage of initiation, you might feel like an empty cup that is now ready to be filled up with the light of your soul's frequency. At this stage, there is often a lack of motivation toward activities, environments, or even people who still carry the unresolved frequency of victimhood in their energy field. This is because an awakening heart is learning to adjust to the rawness and sensitivity of life without an attachment to ego. This can feel like an identity crisis, which is only a crisis to the dissolving shadow self. It is the beginning stages of opening up to the magnificence of life without it centered in the endless fears or needs of a separate character who you've innocently imagined yourself to be, in comparison to your ideas about others.
While it is normal for an awakening heart to feel a need to be alone more often, and even pull away from those who are still entrenched in their healing journey, it is important to allow yourself whatever space you need without casting judgment upon those who are beginning to blossom at a different rate. An easy way to remedy this is to acknowledge the reactions, dilemmas, or heaviness felt in the presence of others as an opportunity to stop and offer loving acceptance to your own heart. Even though the reactions weren't erupting in your body, the fact that you are witnessing eruptions around you invites you to love your own heart, as the law of One reminds you: what is loved in one is healed in all. It is also important at this stage to let go of any need to plan far in advance. In time, everything will come into a flow of miraculous precision. As this occurs, planning re-enters your hologram with the ability to intuitively make decisions without exhausting yourself with a list of what-ifs. When it comes to planning, an awakened heart feels their way through every detail by following the intuitive flow of inspiration, joy, and excitement. Whenever this inner guidance hasn't quite kicked into full gear, it is important to simply relax, so all subtle defenses may drop away completely.
It's also common for an absence of egoic behavior to reveal a sense of boredom, as the body adjusts to life without an overstimulated nervous system to constantly feed or defend. It is common for compulsive patterns of addiction to be revealed in the wake of such boredom. This is mainly because the boredom being sensed is the recognition of life's natural state of emptiness that can initially be interpreted as an absence of all the things the ego used to remain separate from the world in view. For some awakening hearts, life without anything to fix, maintain, seek, judge, compare, or label reveals a lot of time and space, which can unearth repressed forms of nervous energy that many compulsive patterns of addiction attempt to avoid or deny.
However this stage of initiation unfolds in your experience, the awakening heart is urged to eat clean, nutritious food, speak honestly from the heart, and take life slowly. As often as needed, be like a fifth-grader enjoying a day-off to heal. Watch funny movies, wear your favorite pajamas, and whenever your energy permits, step outside and go for a walk to offer "I love you's" to everything you see. This simple practice not only supports Earth's transition, but helps to accelerate your own path of ascension.
The Ascending Heart - At this stage of initiation, the cellular body has been emptied out, the overstimulated nervous system has been unraveled, where as any sense of life before this moment seems like a distant memory or a vivid dream you once had. At this stage, the body is ready to begin the activations and expansion of embodying the soul as a conscious living reality. For the ascending heart, there is a joyful excitement to step back into life, open to whatever possibilities life may offer, and ready to embrace life as a cosmic playground of divine grace. The activations that take place often feel like upgrades from basic cable to HD. Things seem brighter, more vivid, and crisp. There is also a natural ability to stand in the presence of others and be astonished at what no longer triggers you. This is because the previous stages of initiation have healed past wounds, so there can be an awareness of what others are healing without taking their behavior personally. It is also at this stage where everything that is offered to others is immediately felt within oneself. This is the recognition of Oneness, where every "I love you" offered to another allows your heart to simultaneously feel embraced, just as any form of criticism toward others is immediately sensed as a subtle form of self-judgment. Once an ascending heart understands this on a deep enough level, the power of choice allows you to celebrate all that you are by offering to others what they unknowingly refuse to give to themselves. This is also how a life of soulful service takes shape and form in every breath, without having to necessarily lead you into a spiritually-oriented career. Many ascending hearts work under the radar without the use of spiritual personas, knowing: "It's not what they do, but how they choose to do it."
At this stage, an ascending heart has no fight or negotiation with life. There is simply the willingness to show up and be of service by welcoming everything with acceptance and love. To an ascending heart, anything that captures your attention acts as an opportunity to say or do whatever you wish others would've said or done. In essence, an ascending heart has the power, capability, and freedom to become, in any moment, whatever appears missing from the world in view. At this stage, there is a hundred percent accountability in one's life without apologizing for things that serve to assist humanity in navigating these three initial stages of awakening. It is also at this stage of experience where the newfound way of being that has been nurtured internally begins to reflect outwardly and manifest new creations of external experience to match the fully awakened vibration of unity consciousness. For those who find themselves at this stage of initiation, a full participation in life and creative expression are essential. This means moving the body, exploring art projects, as well as making choices that resonate with the heart instead of the fear-based algorithms of the critical mind. As this occurs, the ascending heart quickly realizes how all the pieces in life's play always fall into place when moving in the direction of pure joy and excitement. For an ascending heart, the mantra is simple: "If it brings me joy, life will support it."
No matter which stage of initiation best describes the current climate of your reality, I invite you to make December 21, 2012 a day of rest and renewal. I encourage you to be absolutely gentle with yourself on this day of activation, which acts as a sign post that says goodbye to the old paradigm, and hello to a brand new reality.
Whether a brand new reality seems palpable right now, suddenly springs into awareness on December 21, 2012, or gradually blossoms into experience in the days to come, please allow this moment in time to be an opportunity to thank all characters and memories from your past for leading you here to become who you are now. If need be, offer closure to anything that may feel unresolved, and step forward into a brand new beginning with a clean slate. Equally so, allow this moment in time to be an opportunity to open your heart to who you are now by letting go of grudges or attachments to past. In doing so, you invite into your life the path of your highest evolution that is ready to guide you home to a space you never truly left.
Perhaps in reading this energy update, you find yourself in one of these three stages of initiation, or maybe you've been experiencing a bit of all three. No matter how the path of ascension has unfolded in your reality, it acts as an opportunity to dive deeply into the infinite potential of your soul's true purpose of awakening the Divine in human form. This energy update is only the beginning of things to come. It is indeed an exciting time as you are now stepping to the forefront of what every lifetime of experience has prepared you to explore. Whether Julie and I assist you in sessions, satsangs, or at our upcoming 5-day retreats, we are here to offer you every resource of the Universe, so you may access your highest potential as a gift of love and liberation for one and all.

THE EIGHT STAGES OF SELF-AWARENESS

MESSAGES FROM ARCHANGEL MICHAEL * LM-2-2013 TRANSMITTED THROUGH RONNA HERMAN THE EIGHT STAGES OF SELF-AWARENESS              Beloved masters, we have explained in the past but will refresh your memory about what is taking place as you traverse the many levels and sub-levels of consciousness. As you clear the distortions within your auric field, there is also an internal process taking place. Your entire physical structure is undergoing complex changes which are triggered by the higher frequency patterns you are integrating from the Creator Source via the great Cities of Light. Your DNA, your chakra centers and your Sacred Heart/Mind contain your Divine Blueprint. As you integrate more and more Adamantine Particles of Creator consciousness, all the distortions/imperfections that you have created because of the negative concepts you have accepted as your truth are slowly being rectified. Many of these distorted concepts are being filtered into your conscious awareness to be healed or eliminated; and we understand that this can be an uncomfortable, disconcerting process as you delve more deeply into the wisdom of the cosmos.  While doing so, it is of vital importance that you maintain a state of mindful awareness and patience. Humanity is emerging from a state of amnesia or what could be called a limited awareness of Self and of the complex vastness of Creation.         You are becoming very proficient at analyzing new concepts and the plethora of information that is now available via the empowering gift of discernment. Now that you are more attuned to your OverSoul-Higher Self and the small voice within, you are gaining the ability to quickly ascertain if a concept is in alignment with your inner truth . If it is not, it behooves you to discard it without malice or judgment, or if you are not sure, put it aside and ask your Higher Self to validate it for you in some unmistakable way. We are aware that you are being bombarded with many new concepts, some of which are stretching the limits of your conceptual understanding. Please be aware, beloveds, that what you are experiencing is all part of the reunification and ascension process that you are in the midst of, which will accelerate as time passes.  No matter where you are on the Path of ascension, be at peace with your level of understanding, and be patient with yourself.  It is the ego that whispers to you, "You are not good enough. You are way behind those around you.  You are not worthy. You will never be able to learn, understand and perfect all the spiritual terms, techniques and meditations!" On and on. STOP, when this happens, and gently bring your mind back to center with a few chosen affirmations.             Every Soul on Earth is preordained to follow the Path of return to the higher realms of existence; however, it is a very personalized journey. As we have often stated: you may take the low road, the middle path or the high road; it is up to you, but you will eventually return to the more refined dimensions of Light.  You have FREE WILL within the framework of this earthly, preordained Divine Blueprint which was created and OverLighted by our Father/Mother God. As you tap into the higher levels of consciousness, you must also be aware that the lower portions of your brain, or the sections which resonate to the lower frequencies of the third/fourth dimensions and which contain your animal/human instinctual nature, are gradually being modified or shutdown. Your instinctual nature is slowly being replaced by your intuitive nature as you tap into the wisdom of your Sacred Mind and gain the ability to interact with your Higher Self, your guides and angelic helpers. You are gaining the ability to tap into the Light packets of wisdom stored within your higher brain structure- your Sacred Mind- where all your vast history, your lineage and your Divine heritage are stored within the treasure chest of your higher consciousness.            Do not be dismayed if your past is becoming only a hazy memory, especially the painful memories you have experienced during this lifetime. It is time to heal and release the past, beloveds. It no longer serves you to delve into past lifetimes in order to heal yourself or to try to understand why you are acting or reacting a certain way in the present. That is the old way. The distortions of consciousness you created in the past cannot exist when you fill yourselves to overflowing with Adamantine Particles via the processes we have taught you. These magical particles contain the pure/perfect Essence of the Creator and will gradually transform/transmute any distortions in your auric field and your physical vessel. Slowly, but surely, the imperfections you have created both in your inner and outer worlds are being rectified. Remember, faster or more is not always better. It has taken a very long time for the Earth and humanity to reach the present state of imperfection that is now so prevalent. The level of transformational progress that has been made by you, the earthly Legions of Light, in such a short time is truly miraculous.                        As you eliminate old habits, beliefs and actions, you are gradually returning to harmony within the accepted spectrum of polarity / duality. With each higher frequency level you attain, you leave behind those situations, people and things that no longer are compatible with your new level of awareness and resonance. It often seems as if you have stepped through a new dimensional doorway whereby a portion of the past magically fades away. That is why many of you are experiencing the loss of friends and / or family members, and why you are changing jobs or beginning a new career. Many of you are also moving to new places, sometimes not really understanding why you have been guided to a certain area, but there is a deep inner-knowing that it was meant to be. Many of you are finding that the work you do, your recreational pursuits, hobbies, and many things that interested you in the past are less satisfying, for they do not fit into your ever-expanding, evolving reality.             The multidimensional doorways of the past are closing, and the doorways of the future are opening at a faster and faster pace as the process of ascension accelerates. The fear of change has been a major controlling factor within your conscious awareness for a very long time. In the beginning of your journey into density, you sought a great variety of self-expression and change, and you delighted in each new creation. It has only been during your earthly experiences that you have forgotten that you were a cocreator endowed with a full measure of creative abilities and that you have a direct link to the Power Source of Creation via the River of Life/Light.            The original Seed thoughts of Creation came from the heart/mind of the Supreme Creator, and as always, were perfect; however, each separation and refraction contained a little less of the full Essence of the Creator. Gradually, as the Divine Sparks of God Consciousness moved further and further away from the Center of Creation, the perfect full-spectrum of Light was refracted into more and more individualized facets of God-expression. Since this Sub-universe is a young creative endeavor and is located within the outermost limits of Creation, it is composed of a Light Spiral of half-spectrum Light, or diminished elements of Creation. This does not mean that this is a fallen universe or it is evil; it only means that it does not contain a full measure of Creator Consciousness.           Brave bearers of Light; are you ready and willing to be a pathfinder, to open the doors to the many heavenly mansions / dimensions of Creation? Each dimensional level will offer new opportunities and will give you access to many new abilities and expanded wisdom; however, each higher level will also challenge you in many ways and will require that you release those things which no longer serve your greatest good. You left many facets of your greater Self along the way as you traversed the descending pathway into the lower dimensions.  You must also be willing to release into the past those people, ways of being, and things which do not fit into your present / future reality as you make your return journey into the higher dimensions.          Beloveds, we are assisting you in every way possible within the limits of universal law, and we are waiting patiently for you to join us in the various Pyramids of Light stationed throughout this Sub-Universe. We have told you that you are not only creating your new earthly reality, but you are also creating your mansions in the heavenly dimensions. You will not be led astray.  We, as your sisters and brothers on the path before you, are always in our Pyramids of Light, cheering you onward and upward.  Eternal Love and angel blessings, Ronna THE STAGES OF AWARENESS ON THE PATH OF ASCENSION OVERLIGHTED BY ARCHANGEL MICHAEL RONNA / SACRED SCRIBE STAGE ONE: We gradually tune into and begin to listen to the small voice of our conscience (our embodied Soul Self), and we begin the process of healing and harmonizing our Emotional Nature. We slowly allow our Soul Self to become the guide and director of our life's experiences instead of the ego desire body. We begin the process of upgrading and refining our Emotional Body consciousness, which can be painful and challenging, but also rewarding and enlightening. STAGE TWO:  As we begin to delve more deeply into our subconscious minds, we initiate the process of aligning our emotional will with that of our Higher Self-OverSoul and Divine Will.  Our main mantra/affirmation becomes "Thy Will be done for the greatest good of all." As we learn that we are electromagnetic, energetic Beings, we come to the understanding that we are constantly radiating energetic thought forms out into the world around us. Then we must experience these positive or negative thought forms as events/situations composed of the same frequencies. Our personal world is constantly rearranging itself to fit our current picture of reality. Through trial and error, we begin to understand the Laws of Cause and Effect or Karma .  We also gain an understanding of and begin to actively use the Universal Laws of Manifestation as we slowly refine our abilities as cocreators on the earthly plane of existence.  With new awareness, confidence and trust in the workings of the universe, we gradually relinquish control at an emotional level to our Higher Self, for we now understand that it is our Divine Birthright to enjoy the love, beauty and bounty of our Father/Mother God. We also understand that our Higher Self sees things from a higher vantage point and will always direct us toward the best outcome. STAGE THREE : As we move a little higher on the ladder of ascension, we also learn to view the events in our lives from a higher vantage point. We have gone through the painful process of breaking or healing all past agreements with those with whom we have experienced karmic interaction so that we may sever any remaining energetic cords between us. We lovingly forgive and ask forgiveness so that each of us may, once again, become sovereign Beings. By healing and transmuting the probable futures we have created in our many past lifetimes' experience, we move into the future without the heavy burden of past Karma.             Over time and after a lot of Soul-searching and processing, we gradually strive for and gain Emotional Detachment.   We love more deeply and compassionately as we begin to look for and see the best in everyone around us. We gradually embrace the concept of "we and group consciousness" versus the ego-driven concept of separation, "me versus everyone else." We have learned to see our tests and challenges as opportunities for growth instead of punishment and bad luck. As a result, our Emotional Body consciousness begins to resonate to much higher, more harmonious, vibrational frequencies. We are now ready to focus our attention on refining, uplifting and harmonizing our Mental Body . STAGE FOUR: At this stage, our OverSoul-Higher Self begins to take a more active role in our transformation process, as our Soul Self slowly integrates the higher frequencies (attributes, qualities and virtues) of our OverSoul Self.  We begin the process of reviewing our beliefs, habits and the quality of our mental awareness.  We re-evaluate the major judgments and attitudes that have been handed down by our elders as well as by the cultural, religious and governmental leaders as we gradually move out of and beyond the mass consciousness belief patterns of the lower astral planes. STAGE FIVE: As we refine the frequency patterns of our Mental Body, we slowly gain access to our Sacred Mind and the treasure chest of higher mental consciousness that is stored therein. Our Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart become unified with our OverSoul-Higher Self as the guiding influence in our spiritual quest.   We become more tolerant of other people's beliefs as we learn that there are many paths to follow; however, we are now aware that all paths will ultimately lead to the same destination.  We learn to be discerning as to what we will accept as our truth, and we only accept those truths that resonate positively within our Sacred Core Being. We begin to expand our horizons of thought, and many will develop a desire to learn more about our spiritual origins, why we are on Earth, what is our mission/purpose for this lifetime and what happens to us after we transcend? STAGE SIX: As we lift the frequencies of our Mental/Emotional bodies, our chakra system begins to spin much faster and in a harmonious fashion. This results in an ignition or activation of the etheric Tube of Light that runs along the spinal column, up through the Medulla Oblongata (the ascension chakra) into the Sacred Mind and out the Crown Chakra.  The coiled energy called Kundalini , which contains the Sacred White Fire Seed Atoms of Creator Light called Adamantine Particles, begins to flow up the spinal column.  The portals to the Sacred Heart have opened so that we now are receiving Adamantine Particles of Light via the back portal of our Sacred Heart, as well as a downward flow via our Crown Chakra, and a upward flow of Kundalini Fire along our Sacred Rod of Power/Light . This process will be speeded up and magnified if we use the gift of conscious breathing, such as the Infinity Breath or other deep breathing techniques.  STAGE SEVEN: We have learned to HEAL THE PAST and SCRIPT OUR FUTURE so that we can focus on the ETERNAL "NOW" MOMENT.  We have  merged our physical intellect with the spiritual wisdom of our OverSoul-Higher Self-which means we not only understand and accept the many higher spiritual truths we have learned, but we have also integrated them. We are gradually attuning to the more advanced and expanded guidelines for the future. As we do so, we will send forth the higher frequency Seed thoughts for the New Age into our Flower of Life / Wheel of Creation, so that we may radiate them forth out into the world.             As we draw forth more and more vibrational frequency patterns from lower planes of the fifth-dimension, our Soul Song becomes attuned to and resonates with much higher vibrational frequencies also. This sets off a CELESTIAL CLARION CALL for the compatible facets of our Higher Self to begin the process of slowly moving into alignment within our personal column of Light. The downloading of the Sparks of our Higher Self with our resident Soul Self begins to accelerate at this point, and our progress on the ascension path will greatly accelerate also.  We are now ready to move into the Flow of the River of Life, and we know we will be guided and directed as we begin to FOLLOW SPIRIT WITHOUT HESITATION. STAGE EIGHT: We are becoming comfortable with our new State of Being and our new way of viewing the world. We value our solitude, as we delve deeper and deeper into our Sacred Beingness. Each day we  have learned to function naturally as a Living Meditation and a Living Prayer, as we stay firmly centered within our Sacred Heart. The earthly illusion now has minimal effect on us; however, our loving compassion has grown to embrace all Beings and all Creation. Beloved shinning beacons of light on the Earth, we bow down to you with tremendous respect and love. We, your guides, friends and loved ones of the inner planes are here to support you as you move through an immense process of your ascension.

 Maybe you feel as if you cannot or do not fully understand why certain experiences, creations and expressions are manifesting in your reality, why you choose certain choices over others. I wish to share with you that the instruction book, the planned circumstances by your soul, the limitations and boundaries set for you and set by you in the past are now being cast aside. You are being rewarded for all your devotion to your spiritual connection and awakening with the reality that is free from limitations. There is no longer a goal to work to in a certain time, the clock is no longer ticking to push you forward along your spiritual path, and there are no longer goals that need to be achieved in or with certain limitations. In truth there is no longer a goal to be achieved. The boundaries, limitations, goals and inspiration which led you through the past phase of ascension are falling away. In truth you are being given responsibly and freedom. It could seem as if your purpose has been taken away from you. It is far easier to energise yourself and passion to achieve certain levels of growth when you feel that time is running short or when there is a goal post in sight. As you exist in this new reality and phase of energy, there is no goal post for you to strive to reach in a certain time. Your purpose remains the same, to experience oneness with the Creator and all aspects of the Creator, to master and know yourself and therefore the Creator more fully and to open your heart to be a channel of love and all that is the Creator. Your purpose has maybe never been so vivid but you now have the tools, the time, the freedom to achieve these goals as you wish, where you wish, with who you wish and in the time that you wish.

Ascension for you could take four days, five months, sixteen years or in truth as long as you choose. There are no set rules as to how long ascension should take, whether you achieve it in a group or as an individual, whether you choose to ask for help or not. There is no longer a wrong and right. In truth everything that you have held onto as truth in your reality and realisations about your spiritual self and practices is falling away. As if you are being suspended in space or suspended in energy. You are supported, loved and have the ability to choose and create all that you need in order to move further beyond limitations and boundaries. It may feel as if pre created security is now falling away. With greater freedom come experiences of being, having, doing, existing as nothing or without restrictions. In the past even time has brought you security and yet you notice that time doesn't have the same meaning any longer. You are being given and are creating your freedom, which is one of the greatest gifts of this new phase.


You may wish to contemplate the many situations, thoughts, perceptions and understandings that you hold on to in your reality to create a deeper sense of security. Allow yourself to see this as your creation alone and that they do serve you in awakening the power, strength and immense love within your being. Do you actually need security in your reality? Do you need to create boundaries and limitations? Do you need to recognise your limitless self and expansive being? I ask that you take time to practice this contemplation and self-discovery within your reality, if only once, to assist you in releasing from your being, energy and perspective energetic habits and patterns from the past.


With the quality of greater freedom that you have accepted within your reality so it may also bring up aspects of your reality, personality and creations that do not serve you or offer you freedom. As these aspects of yourself come to the surface to be released it can seem that you are being encaged and have less freedom than before. You begin to see yourself in many new ways which may not always be pleasant to witness. Some people may feel that they have more issues to deal with and heal than before 2012. The energy of freedom and responsibility is awakening new aspects of your being that wish to be healed and released.

Freedom for a light workers and awakened soul of the Creator is a powerful lesson to overcome and digest. You all expect and desire freedom but also fear freedom due to its ability of allowing you to access your power and sacred abilities. No longer is anything in your way, blocking you or hindering you, only what you choose to create. No longer is anything pushing and driving you forward and yet you are placed in the centre of freedom with the opportunity to choose whatever you wish. It can be an experience of exhilaration but also of being fearful.  There is also the question which many light workers face, which is how does one experience and interpret freedom and what does one choose to create? Through many lifetimes on the Earth you have been limited, restricted, condemned and maybe even abused for trying to be your truth, now is the time to truly let go of these past energies, understanding that you have the freedom to choose to create what you wish. If so with many opportunities and possibilities available how does one choose what they wish to create?

The guidance, knowingness and truth of the soul is extremely important in this energy of freedom, your guides also act to you as a mirror of your soul and its guidance. Do not be afraid to ask or to follow the inspiration within you, it is this inspiration that will lead you to the experience of greater freedom. You may find at first that your personality isn't satisfied with the guidance shared from within your being, but the perspective and desires of your personality also need to shift to bring greater happiness, joy, love and peace within your being.

You may also notice that due to the greater sense and energy of freedom that you are more aware of the consequence of your actions, thoughts and creations. Your awareness of the consequences of your situation is your own creation to assist you in choosing and understanding what is appropriate for you. You truly understand when you have created a situation that doesn't serve you, but it is often that you see it as a failing when in actual fact it helps you understand yourself more fully, you begin to recognise your own vibration, realising when you create something that is not from your true vibration but is from a limited aspect of yourself. It is in this moment and phase of ascension that you are truly being allowed to experiment. This stage of ascension has been chosen by you because you have mastered abilities of connecting with the Creator, your truth and you have a beautiful understanding and desire to create love. In truth you can trust yourself to deal with the freedom, the responsibility and choices with and from the purest sense of love which will ensure that you do not harm or cause pain to yourself or others. It is a very beautiful reality and stage of ascension that is now unfolding for you to experience. Enjoy the feeling of no longer being pushed to achieve goals, of no longer having boundaries and limitations. Enjoy the process of your own boundaries and limitations created by you coming to the surface and most of all enjoy becoming one and getting to know yourself more fully. It may be time to realise the reality that you are currently experiencing on the Earth, the game like quality and the powerful ability that you hold in your choices and your ability to manifest.

I am aware that there are many messages and interpretations within my message and communication with you but I wish for you to realise that you have the most beautiful gift within you of knowingness. Your ability to simply know the most perfect choice, truth and manifestation instantly within your being which will serve you and all aspects of the Creator is most beautiful and tremendously powerful, so allow yourself to use it well within your reality.

I wish to share with you an invocation to be of service to you,

'Archangel Metatron, Beloved Creator, my soul and soul group, I call your presence and love forward to support and love me unconditionally. I ask you to assist me in listening with greater care and clarity to the intuition and knowingness within my being. I recognise my knowingness as guidance from the Creator which brings me freedom, truth and greater experiences of love. I accept my inner knowingness and am able to interpret it into my reality with ease with each new day upon the Earth.

I ask to accept the energies of freedom from the Creator deeper into my being. I realise and acknowledge I am the energy of freedom, I willingly dissolve all boundaries and limitations of my creation and let go of all energies, situations or people that represent security or a false security.

Welcome my friends. Well, in Truth I could blurb on about challenges that myself and many, it seems, are experiencing … and we are talking real corkers!! I could make jokes about Ascension? What **** Ascension? … but we would be going over the same ground as our last communication. So I thought I  would steer away from all that and change the energy to a few questions that someone wrote in about … which as you know is unusual for 'us ' to do. Is that ok with you? We would consider that which you decide this day to be most appropriate for the whole at this time. Fire away … as one would say. Jolly Dee! They asked "Do people look basically the same on other planets, except perhaps for details such as skin colour or size of body limbs?' We would say that there are variables of species. Some would be unrecognisable to the human form and many would appear to be considerably distasteful in their ‘regalia’ of covering. On the other hand there are those whose radiance is purely Light form … some whose rainbow colours would astound. There are those whose appearance would certainly repulse … There are some whose appearance is very like your own. In this Universe alone there are so many species. Creators are always creating! If you were to consider how many different species you are able to view on planet Earth alone ... imagine then … if you can … the vast amount there must be in ALL THAT IS. Thanks for that. To continue on in that vein … 'Are civilizations on other planets mostly more spiritually advanced, or less advanced, than our own?' Now there is a question to ponder upon. Life itself continues to evolve. New life is always being created as new planets emerge from depths of nothingness. Therefore it is not generally possible to answer this. There are indeed many who are greatly advanced from that of your planet Earth. In the millions. What? The millions? Indeed. Perhaps you are naïve dearest Blossom of the magnitude of the ‘ISness’? Clearly I am!! Pray continue. It is beyond words once again to try to explain that which you have asked. For you on Earth sometimes look up at the stars and FEEL in awe of all that you can see … let alone having any idea of all that you cannot see. Yet consider this … ALL … ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS YOU ... Because YOU are part of it all. So would you say that a part of my Higher self is part of a Being of Light on some planet as well as part of some monstrous looking giant ant on another? … You are hesitating with your answer? Because of trying to put such a complex matter into simple ‘yes or no’ form. Let us try. You are ONE energy. There is only ONE energy. Yet there are vibrational levels of that ONE energy. So it may be that your segment of self that is YOU that you KNOW NOW here on Earth … is on a Higher vibration of say … a species of consciousLESS giant ants.  ConsiousLESS? Is there such a planet of such living things? … Are they living if they have no consciousNESS? Far out … that leads into what is consciousNESS? Let alone … consciousLESS! … Oh hello … brain blowout coming up! We do not find that it serves to blow your brains out! Yet we find it serves to do our upmost to assist in ones inquiries to a certain degree … depending on subject matter. So when you ask is there such a thing as consciousLESS Beings on a planet we would answer … There is everything that is possible going on … and keep in mind there is nothing that is impossible. Let us try and keep to the matter asked. Your aim … if you like … is to reach the Highest level of Love there is. You came from it … You are it … yet ‘The game’ … I always FEEL odd when you call our existence ‘a game’ or ‘experiment’ yet I do ‘Get it’. To continue … 'The Game’ takes from you all that you are ... in order to get back to it . Remind me not to put it on my Christmas list. I mean really … what is the point? Were some Higher Beings just bored one day and thought “I know … let’s create a planet where the Beings upon it can’t remember who they are and blindly they have to find their way back home?’ You were created in order to be an expression of THE CREATOR. From the aspect of the creators of the Human Being … as you know from past communications … you were an experiment of free will … Which you say went up the Swanee!! And due to this … we offer you the paddle! For we cannot sit by and watch your planet … nor the Beings upon it … destroy itself. This has happened before and it serves not the whole plan. Which is? To bring you home. I daren’t ask … and then what? … for fear of human combustion occurring!! Back to … am I part of the Light Being and the Giant ant? Of course … yet that which you CHOOSE to experience at one given time within your consciousness is that which at that given time you FEEL you are. Understand that another part of your Higher self is allowing an aspect of itself to experience something completely different … yet it is still part of you … still part of your Higher self. So would you say our Higher self is the part of us that is our God self? ... GULP! No. Oh! I thought you were going to say yes. What then … if you are able to express in words … is the difference between our Higher self and our God self? Your Higher self is accessible to you … from you …. Your God self IS YOU. Mmm … is there a rocket scientist in the house?  If my Higher self is accessible TO me … FROM me …. And my God self IS me …  Eh … der?? Your God self is YOUR essence. Each one of you here on Earth … every living thing IS GOD. GOD has TO BE in EVERYTHING for without GOD nothing would exist I need to say here that my interpretation of GOD is LOVE ENERGY. Your Higher self however is a more tangible aspect … yet we use that word' tangible' in comparison to the God aspect. Dearest one’s ... it is so very complicated … for there can be the Higher soul self and there can then be also the Group Higher self … There are so many many many levels of existence within all the many many levels of LOVE ENERGY. To be honest … without reading all this back … I am not really sure if we are any further forward or not on the matter. Yet I will continue. ' Is spiritual advancement necessarily a function of technological advancement?' No. As you will KNOW from matters upon your Earth plane. It would depend entirely upon whose hands the ‘blueprint’ for such technological advancement falls into. We can sense that your brain is almost about to blow Blossom? Well we usually do the hour so ... happy to go for another ten minutes . May we suggest then that we ‘Lighten up’ the load for that time? Sure … that would suit me fine … Lighten away! Dearest friends … our brothers /sisters/family. KNOW of this in your heart . Many of you are experiencing great contrasts within that which you KNOW as Love and that which is presenting itself very differently from that KNOWING. Watch yourselves as you ‘come through into the other side’. For all that you are experiencing on a deep level of your soul is your guidance radar and ... IT IS LEADING YOU OVER THE BRIDGE. Whoa … That’s so good to hear. Are you not yourself Blossom … challenging the fact that anything actually happened on the Dec 21st date as we have expressed to you? Indeed … indeed. And one more for the very bumpy road … indeed! In these times of self-doubt and when your heart cries … and your minds confusion takes over … STOP! Close your eyes … breath … see the Golden Light within you … See it surround your Being … Breath again … in this Golden Light of Love … this Light of who you are … And KNOW … LOVE. KNOW that all promises … imaginings and dreams of a NEW WORLD … A GOLDEN AGE … are at your fingertips … KEEP ON KEEPING ON. If I had a dollar for the times I‘ve said that lately … yet it’s all I know to do. YOU WILL KNOW ‘The promised Land’ … for it is yours. KNOW IT … KNOW IT … KNOW IT. This KNOWING is the KEY. This month, as we continue to reflect, recalibrate and assimilate the tremendous out-flow of light codes from the December alignments, the Foundation's Team takes a great pause for all of January.

We can say, without any doubt, that a grand shift has been made. We now find ourselves in a most delicate process of integration and firmly "securing the bridge" between the two matrices of consciousness. We have now entered into a deep process of repositioning as we prepare to address the mass public.

While we integrate the new frequencies and take some rest from our tremendous outpouring in 2012, we also are in the process of relocating our USA base to the Ojai Valley in southern California. It is here that we will base the production processes for the World Tour and all forward momentum.

We have received a tremendous amount of mail regarding our upcoming programs for 2013. Many of you are inquiring as to how your group or center may participate as an affiliate with the Children of the Sun Foundation or desiring to come on board to assist in a much more tangible way, and, from your own home port.

This February, many new announcements will be made in this regard and to help answer some of your questions. (See below.)

We have been in Council to co-create an expanded platform to bring on board numerous Educational and Healing Facilitators to assist our momentum. You can imagine all that is required to coordinate a project undertaking of this scale. Thank you for your patience with us as we get re-organized and re-focused in order to swiftly bring this into manifest form.

Meanwhile, we continue with ever increasing vigor to transmit from the Planetary Crystalline Grid on the New and Full Moons. MYTRE SPEAKS:

The next day when Mytria and I arrived at the Holosuite we found a similar scene as the day before. The Arcturian was again sending a message to the ascending ones on Earth into a frequency slightly above the base line frequency of humanity’s consciousness. Hence, only those who have expanded their consciousness into the higher fourth and fifth dimension are able to receive the message. In this way, only those who are ready to view their world from a different perspective receive the information. 

Mytria and I settled in to learn through example, which we were sure was the Arcturian’s intention for having us walk in on another transmission. We did not doubt the Arcturian’s teaching methods in any way. In fact, we found that this method of teaching by example, then encouraging us to try it our selves, was very effective. We were quite sure that we would be teaching the ascending ones in the same manner.

Therefore, we listened intently to another transmission from the Mothership. In fact, as soon as I thought of the title, “Transmission from the Mothership,” I felt the Arcturian commending me for my appropriate choice of title. Mytria also felt the Arcturian non-verbal reaction and silently congratulated me with her eyes. Since the Arcturian kept speaking in a telepathic manner, we sat down to receive the entire message.

THE ARCTURIAN SPEAKS:

Dear Ascending Ones,

Some of you will receive our message in your dreams, meditations or while engaged in a creative endeavor, and some of you will consciously get our transmission. However, all of you will initially perceive our message as a FEELING. This “feeling” is similar to the ringing of your phone or the opening of your computer that tells you there is message awaiting your retrieval.

Although, instead of answering your phone or opening your email you will retrieve this transmission by (1) storing it in your High Heart and (2) going into a meditative state to expand your consciousness to the frequency in which you can translate our Light Language into your current 3D language and/or creative expression.

We have been asked many questions about what will happen next. In response to your questions we recommend that you release your stress, and not worry about what others may be doing. There are still many humans who are too attached to third dimensional life to be among the initiators of your New Earth. Eventually, these humans will choose to awaken or enter into another holographic world.

You, our Beloved Ones, are the forerunners of a reality based on a higher frequency of consciousness. There is only one requisite to entering this reality, which is to expand your consciousness to embrace the higher frequencies. The illusion that YOU are a dense being of earthly matter is coming to it’s conclusion, but only for those who have expanded their consciousness into the higher fourth and fifth dimensional vibrations are aware of this fact.

YOU, our ascending ones, are aware that you are NOT your earthen body and know that that you are actually wearing your earthen body. Furthermore, you realize that this shell in which you live has become too tight and limiting. Fortunately, much like a Hermit Crab you are looking for a new encasement for your multidimensional consciousness. However, unlike the Hermit Crab who steals its new home from others, you have the ability to create your own new body.

This process of creation will occur simultaneously with the creation of the New Earth. However, "creation" of New Earth, or even of your new body is not exactly the correct term. You do not need to create that which already exists. However, you will need to expand your perception into the frequency in which your new body and New Earth eternally exists.

Since you have always been a multidimensional being, you already have many expressions of SELF on myriad realities. In fact, you are a multidimensional being who simultaneously lives in multiple realities. Each of these realities is inhabited by yet another expressions of your SELF. When you first took an earth vessel on third dimensional Earth, the limited thoughts and waves of fear-based emotions disrupted your memory of SELF.

Without the memory of your true, Multidimensional SELF, your consciousness became limited to the physical shell that contained a very small component of your expanded consciousness. Because your physical reality was so constrictive, the only way in which you could imagine a higher expression of your SELF was through an external Deity who existed far away in a place that you could only enter by dying.

There are still many humans who are limited to that belief and who will become quite angry if you try to disrupt their system of thinking. Hence, we recommend that you allow these humans to awaken at a rate that does not cause them fear. Furthermore, we suggest that you be the Higher Being that you are and send them unconditional love even though they may judge you.

If you judge them in return, you have greatly lowered the resonance of your consciousness. We tell you this because dealing with those who judge your beliefs, because they are afraid to change, will be one of your greatest challenges. It is best to confront this challenge by looking into each person’s aura to see if they are ready to shift their consciousness into a higher frequency before you communicate with them about the ascension.

If you sense that they do not want to change their frequency of resonance, keep your information to yourself. On the other hand, because the Cosmic Light is activating the 97% DNA, more and more humans will become very curious about why you appear to be so happy, and indeed, so different. They may not yet be able to perceive that your resonance is no longer confined within your earth vessel, but they will have an inner sense that you have something interesting to share with them.

Hence, you, our ascending ones, will be living in multiple realities. At first, you may be experiencing the multiple realities of 3D Earth, as well as the overlay of New Earth. You may also be experiencing the reality of fully ascended Earth and/or your participation in realities in which you are on a Star Ship or on your Homeworld. Many of you have regularly been visiting our Star Ships during your sleep on a regular basis in preparation for your conscious visits into the expanding frequencies of New Earth.

We say "expanding frequencies of New Earth" because this world is a Parallel Reality, an offshoot, of the physical Earth. New Earth has been like a small bird in its nest in a very high tree. You, our ascending ones, have been feeding and nurturing this bird with your thoughts of creating a new world and your ever-expanding unconditional love. Now, like proud parents, you observe your baby bird as it flaps its wings at the edge of the nest in preparation for take off.

As this Phoenix Bird takes wing, a new era is born, and YOU our beloved ones are to be the caretakers of this new way of life. So many of you have entered the trauma of 3D Earth again and again to try to prepare the way for this moment. Sometimes you were briefly successful, but more often you experienced your attempts to assist Gaia as a dismal failure. Dear Ones, we wish to tell you that although your attempts could not attach to the body of Gaia, your loving intentions were stored in Her fourth dimensional aura.

In this manner, Gaia has been able to accept your great gifts of loving dedication when She was, finally, able to expand Her resonance into the higher planes of Her fourth dimensional aura. Therefore, every gift of love which many of you gave your life to plant in Gaia's aura has now been collected and is greatly assisting Her planetary ascension. Therefore, dear ascending ones, we ask that you clear your own fourth dimensional aura of what you perceived as failed attempts to raise the consciousness of the Beings of Earth.

ALL the plant and animal kingdoms, as well as much of the elemental kingdom of Earth are prepared to place their primary perceptions into the birthing of New Earth. There are also more humans than you would expect who are searching for the better reality that they are feeling awakening within their hearts. Gaia's labor has been long and is not yet complete. However, as more and more of you, our ascending ones, maintain longer and longer periods of time maintaining a fifth dimensional resonance, you will greatly assist Gaia as she replicates Herself into Her Higher Expression.

Each on of you who send unconditional love into your daily life, especially into your daily third dimensional struggles, assists Gaia more than you can imagine. You also assist those who tire of fear-based emotions and the struggles of daily life. For as you attempt to expand your consciousness, they find the field of unconditional love that you have created. In fact, by creating this energy field of unconditional love in your daily life YOU are creating New Earth.

Unconditional love is the bonding force of all realties. Therefore, when your aura is filled with unconditional love, this force of love expands its emanation beyond your aura to bond with other fields of unconditional love. These many energy fields are constantly seeking to unify with each other. In fact, as more and more of you send forth your free gift of unconditional love into the aura of Gaia you contribute to the Mantle of Unconditional Love that will completely surround New Earth. 

This encasement of unconditional love is the metaphor for the amniotic sac of New Earth. Just as an amniotic sac feeds and protects the growing infant, this Mantle of Unconditional Love will feed and protect the infant New Earth. As a matter of fact, our beloved ascending ones, if the only thing you DO is to breathe unconditional love into your world, you are contributing immensely to the birth of New Earth. Remember that unconditional love is love without condition.

Therefore, even if a person, place or situation caused you anger, fear or sorrow, you send them unconditional love for free. This gift is NOT an act of submissiveness, as whenever you send unconditional love you greatly empower yourself because you are feeding your fifth dimensional nature. Fear-based emotions send a rush of adrenalin through your system, which lowers your consciousness to the animalistic nature of your physical encasement.

On the other hand, when you experience unconditional love your pineal gland releases DMT into your system, which creates sensations of bliss and euphoria. At first, you may not consciously be able to feel this bliss and euphoria because it is such a novel sensation. Your earth vessel is continually bombarded by millions of inner and outer sensations. These sensations run through a filter in your human brain known as the reticular formation, which serves as a filter to determine which sensations are sent to the conscious mind and which sensations are stored in the sub-conscious mind.

Sensations that activate adrenalin go instantly to your conscious mind, as they are survival-based emotions. You can ignore bliss and still survive. However, if you ignore fear, you could become injured or even die. The Third dimensional Operating System of the 3% of your DNA and about 5% of your brainpower is based, not on happiness or mind expansion, but on survival.

Fortunately, as your 97% DNA is activated by the greater Cosmic Light, you move into your Multidimensional Operating System with its resulting “whole brain thinking.” Whole brain thinking is the ability to use 100% of your biological computer brain. The 3% DNA of your Third Dimensional Operating System is based on survival of the species, whereas the other 97% DNA of your Multidimensional Operating System is based on the ascension back to your true, Multidimensional SELF.

When your world fell into darkness, you were invaded by the Service-to-SELF beings who manipulated your DNA to limit it the 3% of survival consciousness. However, it is not just the outer Cosmic Light that stimulates your 97% ascension DNA. Whenever you are able to experience the sensation of unconditional love, your pineal gland emits DMT into your system which activates the 97% DNA, if only for a short period of your time.

It is because unconditional love stimulates your ascension process that most religions and metaphysical trainings encourage unconditional love. Of course during the dark times since the fall of Atlantis, even the power of unconditional love was limited and often led to the capture and execution of any group or person who ignored the indoctrination of the darkly intended Power-Over-Others rulers. In fact, even "religious leaders" were greatly threatened when others possessed the great power of unconditional love.

There are still many humans on the body of Gaia that fear unconditional love. It is foreign to them, and that which is different often creates fear. However, we ask you to send your unconditional love without any third-dimensional intentions. Instead, send out this great force as a FREE gift that you naturally exude from your ever-ascending consciousness. It is a third dimensional "hook" to have an unconscious intention attached to that which appears to be an act of your higher expression of SELF.

Even sending unconditional love as an act to heal another is an intention. Perhaps that person is learning an important lesson that is vital to his or her ascension. Furthermore, unconditional love will naturally seek its highest purpose. Therefore, it is best to send out your great gift of unconditional free of all intention. In fact, if you can take a few deep breaths to pull in unconditional love from the open portal of your pineal gland, and then pull it into your High Heart, you can assure that your intentions are clear.

Additionally, pulling the unconditional love through your pineal gland will activate your DMT ascension hormone. Then grounding that love in your High Heart allows you to fully receive and understand any higher messages that are embedded in the highest frequency of light, which is unconditional love.

Once you have received and documented your higher communication, allow it to intermingle with your breath, as you breathe out from the High Heart to share your unconditional love. In this manner, those who are prepared to receive these higher messages will, indeed, pick them up from the expand Mantle of unconditional love surrounding Gaia.  

Dear ascending ones, remember to keep your Cosmic Portal, your pineal gland, open to our ever-increasing communications. You will experience these communications by a feeling of unconditional love, bliss, happiness and/or peace and calm. Sometimes, especially if you are busily engaged in physical life, you may experience our messages as a sudden moment of overwhelming fatigue.

Your body is feeling fatigued because your resonance has just expanded due to our incoming message. Then, the juxtaposition between the higher light of unconditional love and your third dimensional activity highlights the effort that you are placing into your physical endeavor. Hence, take a deep breath, close your eyes and allow the bliss to replace the fatigue. If at all possible, expand this moment by consciously receiving our message.

Our message comes into your consciousness beyond time. Hence, all you need do is recognize the download of our message and store it in your High Heart. Then, make the time as soon as possible to relax into your High Heart to consciously absorb our communication. Before you entered into your present form you were all taught this technique so that you would never feel separate from your true Family.

Now that your personal and planetary resonance is steadily increasing, you are all beginning to remember what the Veil of Maya has hidden from your conscious awareness. Therefore, our beloved ones, lift your Veil, open your Pineal Portal and prepare your High Heart to receive and understand our transmissions.
