Your AEP is directly affecting and attracting the very abuse you resist and push against with your fear and your judgment, condemnation, resentment, and now hatred. These feelings create instantaneous vibrational frequencies that do in fact affect the energy field within all your relationships and interactions. You need new knowledge, and you must study daily while you are beginning to understand just how powerful you really are in affecting the energy of those you touch with your presence.After you get done watching the video, try simply sending PEACE out in the supermarket on people you are not so intensely involved with. Hang around and watch things begin to improve. Give it 60 seconds, relax, breath and think PEACE. You will see amazingly calm results!Understand, it's OK to say "no" to people while still shining your light. You can say "no" to unskillful behavior and not launch judgmental energies "at" them for behavior you would prefer not be a part of your experience.When the Light Movie talks about: "You don't get people to heal by getting them to 'get it.'You don't heal unwanted situations with people by 'teaching them a lesson.'" What this means is that coming "at" people with your attitude to get them to "get it" or to "teach them a lesson" always, always, always causes more resistance and more of the same behaviors.It's OK to open communication by giving information to others about how you feel, or how you perceive their actions/reactions. It's OK to describe how you prefer to be treated. It's OK to let people know what options they have with you, if they continue to behave unskillfully with you... Holding that judgmental, condemning attitude of "yours" in check, making it vibrationally non-existent by choosing to remain non-judgmental IS the key to shining your light and dissolving lower energies and/or unskilled behavior.The Light Movie goes on to say: "Just stand in the midst of all that you resist and instead of letting judgment take over you, put your entire focus upon the Light. The Light will prevail."When you are in the "energy" just for the sake of being in the "energy" of light, love, peace, compassion or joy... then you are in energy that actually transforms a situation. Quite interesting,Divine Nutrition Program - Technique no. 1: (Jasmuheen)This technique is designed to tune us to the Divine Love channel from which the Food of Gods flows. I call it the Love Breath meditation. Do for at least 5-10 minutes each morning and evening or until you really feel as if all you are is love and all you do comes from this love. Do the below meditation every morning and as much as you remember to do it and see how you feel after a month or so... Step 1 - imagine yourself connected on the inner planes with a beam of pure love that flows from the heart of the Divine Mother into your heart chakra. Step 2 - Inhale of this love deeply and chant as you reclaim "I am love� keep chanting this mantra over and over with sincerity. Step 3 - Exhale this love slowly out into your body and chant "I love" over and over with sincerity as you imagine this love filling every cell and then flowing out from your auric field in your outer world. Also with this tell your body over and over until it tingles "I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you" as per technique no. 3. (in same book)Divine Nutrition Program - Technique no. 2: (Jasmuheen)The Ancient Vedic Holy Breath. Over 5000 years old this technique achieves a number of things. Firstly what actually breathes us is our DOW � the Divine One Within us who is here to have a human experience and who utilizes our physical, emotional and mental bodies to do so. Without Its energy we could not and would not exist and when we match Its breathing rhythm we begin to glimpse Its power. Using this tool is also like saying to your DOW �Are you there? I really want to feel you.�Take a few moments and sit in stillness then: Breathe through your nose with deep, fine and connected breaths, no pausing as you inhale then exhale so that you are literally circular breathing. Once you have an even rhythm, move your awareness to the energy behind your breath and just watch and feel your breathing rhythm. Remember you are focusing now on the inner force that breathes you and you will know when you have found Its rhythm as you will begin to feel Its waves of love pulsating through you. After awhile you will no longer be focused on deep, fine connected breathing and instead will feel as if you are being breathed.With training you can find the bliss of your DOW�s love beat within maybe four or five breaths. Imagine being able to switch yourself into the bliss zone this quickly.For those already trained in the art of meditation, I recommend that you do both of the above techniques sitting in the middle of some chaotic scene like peak hour traffic. Again this is focus training as it�s easy to be a yogi and meditate in the stillness of nature however many live in busy cities where experiencing a constant state of inner peace can at times be a challenge. Maintaining mastery in all situations in life is also basic training for the modern day yogi*.Releasing stored energyIntention:"God/Goddess that I AM do hereby intend to move all stored energy that which no longer serves my highest good from my emotional body and my mental body and I God/Goddess that I AM do hereby intend placing that stored energy into my spiritual body, so mote it be."State this three times, it is your spiritual body that knows what to do with the stored/stuck energy. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created. The only difference between an avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy "locked-up" in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs and thoughts in the mental body. The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar's subtle bodies, is stored in the spiritual body. For a master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended. The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed. This leaves an Avatar's energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality.
