THE NEW EARTH RISINGTHE FIFTH DIMENSIONAL NEW EARTH AND CO-OPERATION AND SHARING AS A FORMOF PLANETARY GOVERNANCEThe Energies for August 2008Archangel Michael through Celia FennBeloved Lightworkers, August will be a magnificent month in which theEarth will be flooded with the Golden Flame of Ascended Love. Thissuper radiant Light will be focussed by the Solar Eclipse on the 1stand the Lunar Eclipse on the 16th, when New Light Codes for Earth'sunfolding evolution will be received directly from the Galactic Center.Beloved Ones, at this time we would speak to you of the unfolding ofthe "plan" for the New Earth, as you have decided on the level of theCollective Consciousness of Light. In the midst of the apparent chaoswe ask you to perceive the Divine Perfection of what is arising onyour Earth. It is a Divine Gift of Great Perfection and Beauty, and itis the next step in your evolution as you bring Heaven to Earth.We will call it the New Structure for Planetary Management orGovernance, and it is the form that will emerge in the twenty-firstcentury that will represent Divine Government on Earth. Now, we wishto explain to you that there will be two phases to this "project", andthat the First Phase is already in operation. In this First Phase, youare being gradually shifted from a Planet of separate nationalidentities based on a money economy, to a Fifth-dimensional UnifiedPlanet based on an Economy of Love, Co-Operation and Sharing. In theFirst Phase, you will begin to create networks and structures thatwill express the Fifth-dimensional energy of Oneness and UnconditionalLove. Now, as these networks emerge and strengthen, they will begin totake the interest of those in "governments", and in the Second Phasethere will be a merging of the functions of various governments intothis Planetary or Global network of Love. Heaven and Earth will mergein a very literal way, and what will emerge at the end of this processwill be a Unified Planet under the Stweardship of a Council of Elderswho will guide the Earth's development in Co-operation with Spirit.Beloved Lightworkers, in the Spiritual Realms there is much rejoicingas we unfold to you the next steps that you, as a Collective, havechosen in the conscious evolution of your Earth and her peoples.Beloved Ones, we hope that you understand now why you are being drawninto Soul Families and Groups, so that you can begin to work togetherco-operatively, to manifest the next phase of Earth's transformationinto the New Earth.Now, we will say, that the key aspects of all life in the FifthDimension are Oneness and Inter-connectedness. You will learn to seeyourselves as part of a Planetary Consciousness, and you will worktogether for the Highest Good. But, in order to do this, you will needto be fully awakened and fully empowered. You must be centered in yourHeart, and able to hold the welfare of the Group or the "Highest Good"as your goal in any situation. As an empowered Being, you must bewilling to surrender to the Guidance of Spirit as it manifests in yourlife.As each of you awakens and allows yourselves to express awakenedconsciousness, you will be guided by your Higher Self to your perfectrole in this emerging structure, as you desire and choose, andaccording to your abilities and talents. And, as we begin to describethis to you, we wish to emphasize that the different levels we discussare levels of function and not of status. Those who move to the"higher" levels will be those who have given lifetimes of service,they will be the "Elders" who will be honored as such and for theirLight and Love. But, you are all Manifestations of Light, and you areall equal in God's Love, and no matter what role you are called toperform, you are blessed and needed in that role, for Each is a partof the Whole, and Each One is needed to create the Whole. This is theessence of the Consciousness of the One.In this First Phase, Lightworkers will be drawn into different levelsof service. On the first level will be the therapists and healers andteachers, and those who work with individuals in order to awaken andempower and heal. This is the foundation of the Great Awakening on thePlanet, and it is an honored role and valuable service for those whoare called to serve in this way. Emerging from this group is the nextlevel, those Lightworkers who are drawn to create Groups or tofacilitate networks of Groups in their areas. Now, these will not allnecessarily be spiritual groups by any means, some may be businessrelated or environmental, or have any level of focus. But, what willbe common will be a desire to work from Love, the Heart and withSpirit. At this level, the formation of networks of Conscious andAwakened individuals begins to to take shape.Emerging out of this group level will be those whose gifts and talentswill allow them to become Global or Planetary Networkers andFacilitators. Their work will be to link together Groups of Peoplearound the Planet in a Network of Heart-based Light and Love on theFifth-Dimensional Heart Grid. These will be the Leaders, Teachers andHumanitarians who will strive to promote the Fifth-Dimensionalconcepts of Peace, Love and Global Co-operation through individualempowerment.And, as the First Phase moves into the Second Phase, these Planetarynetworks and groups will begin to join together to create a powerfulPlanetary network based in the Heart Grid of Inter-connected Love andCompassion. And, because this Light connects from the Heart, it willbe immensely powerful and will be seen and preceived by people as theyawaken around the Earth. And, as we have said, there will begin amerging of "spiritual" and "political" and "social" forms of being andfunctions. This will be a challenging task, but those who emerge asLeaders in the next cycle will be supported in their work.The "senior" level will be created with the emergence of a PlanetaryCouncil of Elders, who will be the de facto "managers" or facilitatorsof the Earth. They will be the Wise Ones, who, after a lifetime ofdedicated service, will be selected by Spirit to guide the PlanetaryConsciousness in its expression of Divine Love and Creativity. This"Council of Elders" is already in formation, and those who are calledto this service know who they are and what they need to do at this time.Beloved Ones, we give you this information to assist you to see howDivine Love is manifesting on Earth according to your Choices. We wantyou to know that this is what you have chosen in partnership with us.There were many long meetings on the Spirit levels as we workedtogether to agree to this plan, and so it emerges now as the most Justand Peaceful way to achieve Divine Management of the New Earth for theHighest Good of All. The chaos will gradually seem less threatening asyou begin to see the emergence of these new patterns of Divine Graceon your Planet. As the economy of love becomes more apparent, you willbegin to feel more supported and more connected.Beloved Ones, do not be anxious and worry about "where I fit in". Eachof you has been part of this planning process, and each of you has adefined role. Many of you have been held back as you develop newskills and talents, or just learn to surrender to the guidance ofSpirit by being willing to wait in patience until the next step isrevealed to you. Know that when the time is right, you will be led toyour perfect place in the emerging structure of Light.The Energies for August 2008Beloved Ones, as you know, this period of the year when Sirius riseswith the Sun in the Northern skies marks the beginning of a SacredCycle on the Earth that we call the Planetary New Year. The energiesthat emanate from the Galactic Center are intensified as they arefocussed through Sirius and the Sun in the constellation of Leo. Inperfect balance, the Great Mother, Isis, as represented by Sirius, andthe Divine Masculine energy as represented by Ra, radiate theUnconditional Love and Balance from the Great Principle of CosmicBalance and Truth, Ma'at/Thoth, the energies of the Great Golden Heartof the Galaxy.On the 1st of August, at the New Moon, there will be a Solar Eclipsein Leo. This moment will represent the integration of New Solar LightCodes for the birth of Divine Planetary Governance on the New Earth,With the energies of the Lion's Gate, it will be a powerful time forthe integration of new energies and focussing on the new work thatcomes to be received as a blessing of Light.On the 8:8:1 on the 8th of August, there will be another HarmonicGateway that will open to transmit the New Light Codes from the Heartof the Great Central Sun into the Planetary Heart.On the 16th of August, there will be a partial Lunar Eclipse inAquarius on the Full Moon. This powerful eclipse will allow for theintegration of the Lunar energy with the "Water Codes" of Aquarius,who is represented by the "Water Bearer". He is the Water God, theDivine Masculine energy of the New Earth that protects the Purity andPower of the Water element so that All may experience the "Codes ofLife" or the "Paradise Codes" that are carried in the Water. At thistime, there will be many Sacred Spiritual Gatherings and Ceremoniesaround the Planet to celebrate the New Earth energy and to performSacred Water Ceremonies for the New Earth that is birthing in Great Joy.Beloved Ones, it is a month of Great Celebration. You have achievedwhat was desired and you have each played your part in this wonderfultransformation. Together, you have cancelled the "end times" andre-written the "script" for a Peaceful Global Transformation into theFifth Dimension of Oneness and Love. And so, it is being created asyou have determined.
